Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service for the Crush It Engine platform, operated by Crush It Media Group LLC. It exists to protect callers, carriers, and every business on the platform.

You may not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited marketing messages, run cold-outreach or "drip" campaigns, or message anyone who has not initiated contact with your business.
• Circumvent, disable, or ignore opt-outs. STOP means stop, permanently, across the platform.
• Impersonate another person or business, spoof caller identity, or misrepresent who is calling or texting.
• Record calls, or configure your agent's greetings, in a manner that violates recording-consent laws applicable to you or your callers.
• Conduct illegal activity of any kind, including fraud, harassment, threats, or collection practices that violate the FDCPA.
• Handle protected health information or other specially regulated data through the Service unless we have agreed in writing.
• Probe, overload, or interfere with the platform, other tenants, or our providers, or attempt to extract our prompts, templates, or models.
• Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate service, with or without notice, for violations that create legal, carrier, or platform risk — carrier and messaging-compliance violations in particular can result in immediate suspension of messaging features. Report abuse to support@crushitengine.com.
