Billing & Refund Policy

This policy describes billing for the Crush It Engine platform, operated by Crush It Media Group LLC, doing business as Crush It Engine.

1. Plans and billing cycle

Plans are month-to-month, billed in advance on your billing date. There are no long-term contracts and no setup fees unless expressly stated at purchase.

2. Included minutes and usage

Each plan includes an approximate monthly allotment of call minutes as shown at purchase. Calls our platform classifies as spam are not counted against your allotment. If your usage consistently exceeds your plan, we will tell you inside the product and suggest the right plan — no surprise overage bills without notice.

3. Carrier registration fees

U.S. carriers require A2P 10DLC registration for business texting. Registration fees charged by carriers/registrars may be passed through at cost and are non-refundable once filed.

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the dashboard or by emailing support@crushitengine.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your service continues through the end of the paid period. We do not do cancellation phone-mazes or retention gauntlets.

5. Refunds

The current billing month is generally non-refundable once service has been used. If we billed you in error, or a platform outage on our side materially prevented service, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the affected amount. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Your number

If you cancel, you may port your provisioned number away. Request porting before or promptly after cancellation; numbers may be reclaimed after extended non-payment.

7. Disputes

Please contact support@crushitengine.com before initiating a chargeback — nearly every billing issue is resolved faster that way. Charges appear from Crush It Media Group LLC.
