SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Effective: September 7, 2026
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These terms describe text messaging sent through the Crush It Engine platform, operated by Crush It Media Group LLC, doing business as Crush It Engine. They apply to messages between a subscribing business ("Customer") and people who contact that business — by calling or texting its number, or by submitting a service request to that business through a third-party lead marketplace (such as Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp, Google Local Services Ads, or Meta lead ads).
1. What messages are sent
Messages are conversational and informational: replies to your inbound call or text, missed-call follow-ups from the business you called, responses to a request you submitted through a lead marketplace, appointment-related information, and responses to your questions. Crush It Engine does not operate marketing drip campaigns.
2. Consent
By calling or texting a business's number, you initiate a conversation that the business may respond to by text at that number.
If you submit a service request to a business through a third-party lead marketplace, you are asking that business to contact you, and you consent to it responding by text — and, where the business has enabled it, by phone call — at the phone number you provided in that request. These are informational, conversation-initiating messages responding to your inquiry, not marketing.
Message frequency varies with the conversation. Any automated follow-up sequence is capped and ends on your first reply, a returned call, or an opt-out; a missed-call sequence never exceeds three messages per missed call without a reply.
3. Opt-out — honored instantly and permanently
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to stop receiving texts from that business through our platform. You will receive one confirmation message. Opt-out is durable: a later phone call does not restore text messaging; only replying START re-opens the channel. Every opt-out is recorded in an audit trail and enforced platform-wide, including against manual sends by the business.
4. Help
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the business directly. Platform questions: support@crushitengine.com.
5. Quiet hours
Automated messages are not sent before 8:00 AM or after 8:00 PM in the business's local time zone.
6. Carriers and fees
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is available on major U.S. carriers; availability requires the business's A2P 10DLC registration to be approved.
7. Privacy
Message content is handled per the Privacy Policy.
