1. No promised results

Crush It Engine provides call-answering and text-back infrastructure. We do not promise any number of calls, leads, bookings, customers, or revenue. Figures shown in the product (for example, "revenue captured") are estimates computed from your own configured values and your call data, provided for your information only.

2. AI limitations

Conversations are conducted by artificial intelligence. AI can misunderstand, make mistakes, or state things incorrectly despite safeguards. Review your agent's transcripts and use the coaching tools to correct behavior. Do not rely on the AI for medical, legal, financial, or emergency communications.

3. Not legal advice

Nothing in the product or its documentation — including compliance tooling such as opt-out handling, quiet hours, or disclosure templates — is legal advice. Consult your own counsel about the laws that apply to your business, including telemarketing, messaging, and call-recording laws.
